Soy Curls

Last night I got my order of soy curls in from fake meat. So I thought it would be a good time to try them out. I made a stir fry. I am always happy to try something new since I don't eat meat. So once I found these I couldn't be happier. I would also like to try and find them in Toronto so I don't have to order them online we will see.

Reactivating the curls.

Added flavor to the curls and added them to the oven for 30 min. The pan has some other flavors that I'm going to add once the curls are done in the oven.
