Potato Gnocchi

Last night I cooked from a cook book I got from x mas from my mom. Its Vegan cooking for carnivores. I have to say that I am really enjoying this cook book! I did know that this recipe was going to take longer then others but it was so worth it. I ended up making a butter sage sauce for the gnocchi which was soo wonderful. Have you ever made gnocchi?
