Basic Summer Dills Recipe

Thanks to my mother in law for giving me this recipe for making summer dills! These cucumbers I grew from a seed so I am so happy to have my first jar made.
Basically the brine consists of:
* 5 cups of water and 
* 2 level Tablespoons of pickling salt 
* 2 Tablespoons white vinegar

 Boil and cool. recipe can be halved, doubled :D
In a clean jar - place cucumbers, dill ( tops with seeds work best) and garlic. Cover the jar with a tea towel and poor in the brine. Leave in a sunny place (inside or out) for 3 days - then refrigerate. These will keep months ( or until you eat them all) :P

Crazy week and a bit.

So Chris and I just moved into our new place last weekend. Since then we are trying to get the backyard in order. (Photos on my Instagram) and get as much of the house done as we can. This is because I have an interview/workshop with Innerspace today, and my brother in law is moving in about 2 weeks. Also right before we moved Etsy Canada asked me for a box of my jewelry for a photo shoot that they only gave me a day to get ready for. CRAZY right! Well here are some photos from the shoot!
